Using Amazon Connect and a deployed JIRA Data Center solution in GovCloud, tekloco were able to satisfy required compliance, but still remain cost effective, scalable and future-proofed. VT Teams’s Amazon Connect tool called etc is GovCloud compliant and allows teklock business users to quickly onboard new customers with custom branding and local/toll-free numbers.
Amazon Connect being available in GovCloud allowed us to securely service our state and federal contracts, as well as corporate customers – this gives us great security, scalability and speed to onboard new customers
